What building here actually involves
Manhattan splits cleanly into two kinds of work. Inside the town core there are early 1900s houses on small lots, similar in age and construction to Bozeman's older neighbourhoods but generally smaller and simpler.
Outside the town limits there are working farmsteads, where a renovation often includes an outbuilding, a shop, or an accessory dwelling for family. Those properties are on wells and septic, and fall under Gallatin County jurisdiction.
We do a meaningful amount of timber work out here, because the agricultural buildings are often the source of the reclaimed fir and barn wood that ends up in our clients' great rooms.
