Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.

Construction contracts
Nothing on this website forms a construction contract. Scope, price, allowances, contingency, the draw schedule and the construction calendar are agreed in a separate written contract signed by both parties before any work begins. Budget bands, per-square-foot figures and timelines shown on this site are illustrative samples only.
Licensing and permits
Craft & Timber Builders is a fictional company created for this demo website. Any licence, registration or membership number shown, including MT Registered Contractor #CT-000000 (sample placeholder, not a real registration), is an obviously-fake placeholder and does not refer to a real registration. A real contractor's registration should always be verified with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry before you sign anything.
On real projects we pull building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits in our own name. We do not carry out permitted work under a homeowner's permit.

Code figures quoted on this site, including egress dimensions, frost depths, insulation values, deflection limits and electrical load calculations, reflect the 2021 International Residential Code and the 2023 National Electrical Code as commonly adopted in Montana at the time of writing. Adopted codes and local amendments change.
